I am a full-time real estate consultant working with home buyers, sellers and investors in the metropolitan Austin, San Marcos, Seguin and New Braunfels areas. I am a licensed Realtor® in the State of Texas.

 

My goal is to help create and build wealth for buyers, sellers and investors through the purchase and sale of residential real estate. I accomplished this by educating, guiding and assisting clients to attain their short and long term real estate objectives.

 

I have access to the Tempo Multiple Listing Service (MLS) as a member of the Austin Board of Realtors, and, maintain a membership in the Central Texas Navica MLS. These two MLS databases ensure buyers that they have access to all available real estate listings, especially in those areas where the two MLS systems overlap. Likewise, sellers benefit because their homes are listed in both MLS systems in the overlap areas. This gives their properties maximum exposure because all agents in these areas can access their listing, even if those agents belong to only one MLS.
